Payment and Cancellation Policies
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund.

Pet Policy
Absolutely no cats, dog or any other type of pet allowed.

Check In/Out
You may check in after 3pm and stay until 10am on your departure day.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Video and Sound
2 TVs (13", 38"), 1 VCRs, 1 home theatre systems, 1 DVD player, 1 radios, 1 CD player and 1 alarm clock. The video source is cable.

Telephone with high speed access to the internet, computer and printer.

The kitchen has a Side by Side fridge, Jenn Aire range, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, griddle, popcorn maker, ice maker, island, eating bar, matching dishes, matching glasses, matching cutlery, blender and dishwasher.
